REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with ThirdDimensionCompany.

As our products are custom 3D-printed and often made-to-order, please review our refund policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns, except in the following cases:

  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • An incorrect item was shipped.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect measurements or customization details provided by the customer.

  • Slight variations in texture, color, or finish (these are natural to the 3D printing process).

2. Reporting Issues

2.1 If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
2.2 To process your claim, please email us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product defect or damage

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged in transit)

3. Refund Process

3.1 Once your claim is approved, you may choose between:

  • A replacement item (free of charge)

  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method (processing time: 5–10 business days)

3.2 In some cases, we may request you to return the damaged or incorrect item before a refund is processed. Return shipping instructions will be provided if applicable.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made items (e.g., helmets fitted to head size, custom-painted models).

  • Paint-ready/unpainted models that have been altered by the customer.

  • Gift cards and digital products (if offered).

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After production has begun, cancellations are not possible.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account or payment provider.

  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
